This is the public support contact for Nook and Kooki. There is no promised response window.

Nook is on its way.

We’re getting Nook ready for your Mac. The installer and checkout will be available here when they’re ready.

International: $9 USD, then $19 USD. India: ₹699 INR, then ₹1,499 INR. Introductory prices apply to the first 100 paid purchases total across both regions. All prices include applicable tax. For launch, Dodo checkout is planned to set prices by billing country and manage local currency conversion outside India from the USD base. Website region choices change display prices only. We’ll publish supported macOS versions, hardware requirements and purchase details alongside the installer.

Filenames across formats. Content in three.

Nook searches local filenames across all formats. Text, OCR and meaning-related content search support PDF, PNG and JPEG files, using on-device AI and local processing. Other file formats are searchable by filename, not their contents.

Keep your files private.

When reporting a problem, describe what happened and what you expected. Please don’t email personal documents, license keys, payment details or other sensitive information.

The website’s demo only uses fictional sample files. It does not access your files, run OCR or run an on-device model.
